Magen Energy & Power Limited was set up as a limited liability company in 2011 under the company act and is base in Tema.

We work across the length and breadth of the country manage energy & power issues associated with meters at the various cell sites belonging to our clients. We are also to ensure that the sites had “mains” at all times except where there is general power outage. This was done by studying the power consumption pattern at each cell site and dealing with simple power related problems like Voltage fluctuations, phase off, replacing Bi-Metals, damaged underground cables, conductors etc. in short all electrical issues and dealings with the Electricity Company of  Ghana (ECG).

• To protect the environment from environmental pollution that may result from our activities and waste generated are recycled by approved waste management companies.
• To fulfill our compliance obligation including national laws, mandatory requirements, legal and other requirements relevant to our operation.
• To provide a safe working environment, safe system of work and personal protective equipment with adequate warfare facilities to employees and visitors.
• To train and provide information to reduce the risk and environmental impact to both employees, visitors and the environment from inappropriate practices and put in adequate controls measures to mitigate and reduce the level of risk and impact to the environment.
• To in cooperate health, safety & environment awareness into all our activities including processes and procedures, in order to achieve a high performance culture of HSE that exceeds industrial expectation.
• To maintain at all times a practice and a culture of continual improvement.
• The effectiveness of this policy depends on the cooperation and active support of all employee and therefore provision is made for employees to be consulted on matters which may affect their health and safety at work, the environment and in connection with any duty assigned to them for the purpose of implementing the policy.
